Here’s some of what we are working on this summer

Community Storytelling Events and Podcast

We’re partnering with Flame Tree Story to host live storytelling events in North Carolina’s RTP area, capturing those stories and transforming them into new episodes of the Flame Tree Story podcast.

eLearning Design and Development

We are currently developing an interactive, scenario-based eLearning course that places medical students in the role of a physician diagnosing and treating hematologic conditions.

Design of a Leadership Simultation

Partnered with a strengths-based leadership organization to design and facilitate a two-day immersive leadership simulation for senior managers. Participants practiced navigating complex organizational challenges, leading through ambiguity, integrating AI into team workflows, and strengthening cross-functional alignment through realistic, scenario-based decision-making.
